In addition to that details about three National Games held in Tamilnadu were also included in this volume. The volume was named as 'MathrukshangaTamil', meaning 'The Game of Mathruses'. All the text books used for Government Schools in Tamil Nadu follow a Standardised Format, following a set syllabus and a set set of textbooks. The books are chosen based on the topics covered, and the time available to complete syllabus.
